All our bungalows are, by using warm colors and handmade local wooden furniture, practically and tastefully decorated. Each room has a queen size or two twin beds with special orthopedic sleeping mattresses so you have wonderful new refresh start for the next day. Furthermore, each chamber offers various conveniences such as a small fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. All sliding windows have screens and in every room is a ceiling fan. Our bathrooms have a nice shower with hot and cold water and a Costa Rican original hand-painted sink.
Furthermore all rooms have a spacious private terrace with comfortable chairs and great views of the tropical jungle and a beautiful lake which you undisturbed can admire many birds and other animals that visit us every day.
Our spacious studios have above facilities in addition a small but well equipped kitchen and the possibility to stay with three persons.
At our cozy main terrace, where we serve breakfast and dinner, you can also use free internet / WiFi.
“La Cacatúa Lodge” is about 150 meter above sea level which gives the evenings and nights pleasantly cool air and therefore air-conditioning is not necessary.
